Designed for impact and versatility, The Training Room is our largest rental space. Ideal for seminars, workshops, and corporate events. The open layout comfortable accommodates up to 150 guests without tables, or up to 80 guests with tables, giving you the flexibility to configure the room to suit your event needs. 

The space comes alive with professional features that make hosting effortless. Available add-ons include tables, chairs, projector screens, custom backlighting and a Bose speaker and microphone system for clear, high-quality sound. For those looking to record or stream their events, a professional video camera setup is also available - simply bring your own SD card to capture every moment. 

With 10 six-foot round tables, 15 eight-foot rectangular tables, and 15 six-food rectangular tables available for rent, the Training Room adapts easily to both lecture-style and banquet-style setups. Starting at just $150 per hour, this space offers a professional, polished environment where learning, collaboration, and creativity thrive.

For productive meetings and private gatherings, The Conference Room offers a professional yet comfortable setting for teams of up to 12 people. The space features a sleek conference table that seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating available along the perimeter for guests or collaborators. 

Equipped with a large TV for presentations and a large whiteboard for brainstorming, this room is perfect for board meetings, client consultations, team strategy sessions, or small group training. The environment is quiet, focused, and designed to help ideas flow without distraction. 

Whether you need a space for an hour or an afternoon, The Conference Room provides the privacy and polish your meeting deserves starting at $50 per hour.
